Pull out the power plug; second, disconnect the copper pipe connector of the outdoor unit (wrap it with plastic cloth to prevent it from entering into the soil) and disconnect the outdoor electrical and mechanical line connector (remember the order of the lines); third, according to the position of the indoor unit, make the wall hole of the pipe, nail the hanging plate of the indoor unit at the predetermined position (must ensure the level, and use the level meter to correct), and hang the indoor unit after the pipe is put out; The fourth step is to determine the position of the outdoor unit according to the length of the pipe, and the outdoor unit should also ensure the level; fifth, connect the high-pressure and low-pressure pipes, first open the high-pressure valve, and then loosen the lock nut of the low-pressure pipe (to exhaust the air in the pipeline). After hearing the sound of air coming out, tighten the lock nut, open the low-pressure valve, and connect the wires in sequence; the sixth step is to connect the power supply and test the machine. Check the pipe joint (lock nut) for leakage with soapy water.
In addition to these, we must also pay attention to the poor toughness of the copper pipe of the old air conditioner, which is easy to become a dead bend; the internal and external machines should be horizontal and firm, otherwise there will be big noise; there should be no leakage.
